Introducing Yobi's Trust Center: Transparency by Design

At Yobi, privacy and data protection aren’t legal obligations we respond to; they’re foundational principles we built the company around. That's why we've launched the Yobi Trust Center: a centralized, public hub that gives customers, partners, and consumers clear visibility into how we operate, how we protect data, and how seriously we take trust.
Many large, publicly traded companies maintain trust or compliance centers because regulators require it. Yobi is a growing, independent company, and this level of transparency isn't mandated for us. But in a world shaped by GDPR-era expectations, we plan to set a new bar.
Why a Trust Center and Why Now
As AI becomes more deeply embedded in customer acquisition and personalization, trust has become inseparable from performance. Companies and consumers alike want to go beyond a surface-level understanding of what technology does. They want to know how it works, what data it relies on, and how that data is governed.
The Yobi Trust Center brings all of this information together in one accessible place. Visitors can explore our privacy and compliance programs, review our certifications, see our subprocessors, and understand the technical and organizational measures we use to safeguard data. Where appropriate, customers can also request access to more detailed, secure documentation.
This is about making our practices clear, accessible, and open, rather than burying them behind legal language.
Designed for Both Customers and Consumers
We’ve intentionally separated our website privacy notice from our solutions notices and made policies like our pixel policy and privacy FAQs easy to find. Whether you’re an enterprise evaluating Yobi or a consumer navigating our site, the Trust Center is designed to answer questions directly, without friction.
That accessibility matters. Trust shouldn’t require an NDA or a lengthy sales process. It should be something people can verify for themselves.
Trust Is How We Build
The Trust Center represents how Yobi operates every day: privacy-first, consent-driven, and accountable. For all the many ways companies discuss their commitments to trust, Yobi is redefining what it means to put your transparency where your mouth is.
We invite customers, partners, and consumers to explore, ask questions, and hold us to the standard we've set for ourselves. Because the world is too deep into the AI era for privacy and compliance to remain boxes to check and marketing fodder - a higher standard for transparency will soon be table stakes.
