That's why we're proud to announce that Yobi has earned the TRUSTe Enterprise Privacy Certification from TrustArc, placing us among a select group of organizations that have demonstrated their privacy policies and data processing practices meet or exceed current regulatory expectations and external standards for privacy accountability.

Why Independent Verification Matters

While many companies talk about privacy as a priority, independent certification is how we actually prove it. The TRUSTe Enterprise Privacy Certification is a rigorous review conducted by TrustArc's Global Privacy Solutions team, backed by 28+ years of global privacy expertise. The process goes beyond a compliance checkbox, including gap analysis, remediation guidance, validation of privacy notices, and ongoing compliance monitoring. With over 10,000 certifications issued, it's recognized by regulatory authorities, enterprise partners, and consumers as a credible signal that an organization takes privacy seriously.

This level of external validation isn't mandated for a company our size. We pursue it anyway, because we believe raising the bar on privacy is the right way to build.

What the Certification Covers

TrustArc's certification framework aligns with major privacy laws and regulations globally, including CCPA, HIPAA, APEC Privacy Framework, OECD Privacy Guidelines, and ISO 27001. The review moves through five stages – demonstrate, analyze, identify, remediate, and certify – to validate how we collect and handle personal data and ensure our privacy notices accurately reflect our actual practices. A complete audit trail keeps our documentation transparent and accessible, and annual reviews with ongoing dispute resolution services ensure our certification stays current over time.

Part of a Larger Commitment

The TRUSTe certification sits alongside our SOC 2 Type II audit and our publicly available Trust Center as part of how Yobi demonstrates accountability rather than just claims it. We also recently completed the Microsoft Supplier Security and Privacy Assurance (SSPA) audit, adding another layer of independent validation to our privacy and security practices.
